a month agoHands down one of the best restaurants in berks county, the steak au poivre I had was amazing and cooked perfectly. The escargot was phenomenal as well. Will most definitely be back!

6 months agoOutstanding food and service. Everything is the same as before which is a good thing. Food and drinks are top shelf quality. Staff are friendly and well staffed especially at the bar. A nice classy environment to clear your mind unlike most taverns. Expect high end dining because this is the spot for it.

7 months agoWe met friends visiting from out of state for dinner neither of us having been there before.The bar and restaurant was very nice, the food was delicious I ordered the tuna and it was cooked perfectly my friend couldn't stop commenting on the sea bass and how good it was.The owner came to the table introduced her self and was very nice.Finally the desert was awesome one of the top restaurants in the area we will dine here again.

8 months agoThe service was perfect. The food was delicious. Fresh bread softened butter. I had scallops wrapped in bacon with a fabulous horseradish sauce. Mango salad. I had crab cakes, roasted red potatoes and coleslaw. I brought a delicious cake home with butter rum sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant.

10 months agoI walked into the restaurant for dinner it was 8:00. I was asked if I would like to sit at the bar. I was fine with that and said ok. I was getting ready to be seated when another women walked up and said we stop serving food at 8:00 we are closed. I found this weird because I had eaten here on Saturday . I arrived at 8:00 pm was seated and had a fabulous meal service was really good. If the restaurant is closing early I understand. Just don’t lie to customers and tell them you are closed , and don’t serve past 8:00. Such a disappointment after a great experience on previous visit

a year agoThe place was okay overall. Nothing particularly stood out, but nothing was terrible either. The service was definitely the highlight—friendly, attentive, and on point. Food was decent but not memorable. It’s a solid spot if you’re looking for a casual meal and good service, but don’t expect to be wowed.

4 years agoThis has become my family's new favorite place. We lost our family restaurant, Pauline's Soups, to the pandemic. Every dish we had, in our professional opinion, was spot on and delicious. Highly recommend!
