Awful terrible DISGUSTING food and service. I was served four tacos for 15 bucks. The tortillas were very stale, they must have been left out for a very long time, possibly even overnight. If you ever accidentally eaten a very stale tortilla then you know what I'm talking about. hard, crunchy and gummy texture. The street tacos were only served on one tortilla, And whoever was making the tacos, knew EXACTLY what they were doing. They had to have felt the tortillas they were assembling the tacos, and decided to ignore it and serve them to me anyways. But that's not all, The meat was absolutely DISGUSTING. It had almost a rotten flavor. With the one single bite that I did take of these overpriced nasty tacos, I couldn't even get the tortilla to fully bite off into my mouth because of the tortilla, making a mess all over me and all over the table. I also ordered chips and queso that cost an extra 7 DOLLARS. When I got the queso, They were only two spoonfuls of queso in the bowl. I literally got three chips worth of queso. I asked for more and they said that's all I paid for. 25 dollars for a single meal of inedible food. Which leads me into the next subject! When I asked for the restaurant to make it right they told me that I've already ordered it. NO I did NOT. I ordered EDIBLE FOOD that wouldn't cause me to choke when I try to eat it. I also ordered a CUP OF QUESO. NOT A SHOT GLASS. I am absolutely tired of restaurants ripping us off in this economy. I guess they think because their margins are slim, they can completely slack off on the guarantees they're offering as a business. ESPECIALLY in food service. -5/10. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. And I also think you need to be visited by the health inspector because he seem to be serving people stale rotten food, As I seem to not be the only one who's had a problem with this restaurant. Please do yourself a favor. DO NOT GIVE THIS RESTAURANT YOUR BUSINESS.
My spouse and I have been here multiple times but this time we left very disappointed and hungry. 1st this place is ALWAYS HOT! No matter what time of the year it is you can count on this place being very hot inside. We spent $40 on 2 drinks fajitas and 4 extremely small tacos. I told the cashier I wanted chicken. I asked if they could do chicken he said yes. I also told him I wanted flour tortillas. He said okay. We sat down and a few minutes later another guy came over saying that don’t have chicken.. yall couldn’t have told me that before charging me $20 for the entree?? He said we had steak so I said fine just give me steak. I knew that would never do a refund. Our food was brought out and I had corn tortillas. I absolutely despise corn tortillas I don’t eat them never have never will plus I said flour to the cashier. I went up to the cashier and told him I had flour tortillas. I spent $40 on dinner I would hope that it would be correct. The cashier went to the back and came out and told me it would be an EXTRA charge for the flour!!! Even though I had asked for it! My spouses tacos tasted terrible. We both left hungry and wishing we had eaten at home.
The food here is so good!!! My only complaint is that the wait times are a little ridiculous… it seems that they are frequently understaffed, but the food is so good that I can look past it😩 try this place out if you’re not in a hurry. We’ll definitely be going back
