The food isn't fresh. It's overcooked and bland. Every time I try it, I'm disappointed. Never going back.
I’m really disappointed and WONT BE COMING BACK to this place. I usually enjoy the punugulu here but today it was extremely hard and tasted like some other powder had been mixed into the original batter.(video attached) The Mysuru bonda was also very bad, it seemed undercooked, with the inside still raw and doughy. I dont understand why they cant maintain consistency. Their quantities are GOOD, chutney are great. If they stuck to their original recipes and quality, this place could be one of the best to eat.
