Don't use this service! Call your insurance carrier and ask them to schedule an appointment for you, with a doctor in your sercice area, I've called this office more than a dozen times to make an appointment for A. colonoscopy screening. I'm on hold for more than 20 minutes and they are not answering the phone. It's just Voicemail answering service. I can't believe how unprofessional this is. I'm calling my doctor to see if I can schedule with a different doctor because this medical practice is 1000% unprofessional and does not respect patients, who are keeping them in business.
Do not waste your time! This place will take patients in the hospital before seeing patients in the office. Made an appointment with Jen and called at 345 pm on the same day to confirm. When I got to the office after traveling over a hour, the doctor decided not to come in. Worst experience ever! Do NOT waste your time!
Staff were all friendly the wait time was not long at all. Dr Stowe took his time to hear me out and explain issues to me. First time good experience
