9 months agoDr. Boucard was my gastroenterologist on multiple occasions. The first time was in 2016 when he performed my colonoscopy. The second time was in 2022 when I had a Cologuard test. The most recent time was on August 13, 2025, when he again was the doctor for my colonoscopy. Fortunately, I had medical insurance to cover the costs of those tests. Before each of those procedures, I had an appointment with Dr. Boucard regarding the status of my health, the medications I take, etc. At those appointments, Dr. Boucard listened attentatively to me and he answered questions that I had. After each colonoscopy was completed, I was handed written pages that summarized the colonoscopy results as well as other helpful information. At that time, Dr. Boucard also came over to discuss the results and to answer any other questions that I had. My opinion is that Dr. Boucard is a very good doctor.

11 months agoThe only reason this doctor is receiving one star is because zero stars is not an option. I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. He came across as unprofessional and dismissive, and did not take the time to truly listen to my concerns. Rather than exploring what was actually going on with my condition, he was quick to prescribe medication — which not only failed to help but made my symptoms worse. His approach felt passive and detached, with no real interest in finding the right solution. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking attentive or compassionate care. Do not waste your time!

a year agoIf there’s some type of hatred I have for a person, it’s for this man here. My loved one has been coming with him for years and with so many complaints about their pain, nothing was done until it was too late. My loved one trusted in this man. My loved one trusted his word and “treatments”. But in reality ABSOLUTELY nothing was done. My loved one turned out to have cancer due to the negligence of this man. I have SO much to say but all I have to say is, please please please I beg of you to not trust this man. I want to warn as many people as possible.

2 years agoMy sister had a scheduled colonoscopy for today. Dr. Bouchard didn't do it because he Saud she was supposed to stop Ozempic as well with the Eliquis. She was never told that by the scheduling department. He was very nasty and rude to my sister. Told her she could possibly die, but will do it anyway and take a chance. How disrespectful and inappropriate that was to say to her. The anesthesiology and nurses were shocked and couldn't believe he said that. Also he stated that he's too booked and the scheduling office better not call him because he's booked until September. I wouldn't send my worse enemy to this doctor.
