I had another great visit with Dr. Sullivan yesterday! I have been going to him for about 23 years and have been so pleased with his professional and friendly service!! Recently he started taking care of one of daughters upon my advice!!!
I have not one bad thing to say about Dr. Sullivan. The issue with his office is his front desk staff. They are the rudest women that I have ever encountered at a physicians office. They charge co pays for follow up visits and call them new visits. They say that they are new but the only reason your there are for X-rays and follow up to prior appt and surgery. This office charges patients for visits that are not new visits but real actual follow ups to prior appts. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this office. Dr. Sullivan should look at his staff (wife) and reevaluate his processes. If the first person you see isn’t kind, compassionate and understanding the overall experience is shot from the get go. We tolerated the office staff through an almost year long process and quite frankly they brought my daughter to tears on multiple occasions. We have felt belittled on multiple occasions just for questioning the charges that kept coming at us. We went for foot surgery and everything to follow was a result of that surgery but yet constant new visit co-pays. This is a scam. Perhaps the staff should go to classes for manners and customer service. This was such an overall unpleasant experience and no one should endure their unpleasantness.
