See All ReviewsMy mother was being treated for breast cancer by Doctor Alfonja' between October of 2021 and May of 2022. My sister was helping her with the appointments and getting to the doctors office. My sister would often speak to me about the problems she was encountering at Doctor Alfonja's office. The Staff rude, don't answer phones, office always crowded, staff inattentive. I sympathize with the patients who have left reviews. My mother died in June of 2022. Not from breast cancer but from a fall she sustained in her apt. She had also caught covid and it had weakened her. One thing I did not like about Dr.Alfonja was that he insisted on doing all his communicating about my mothers treatment via texting only. It was very inconvenient as my mother was 82 years old and had no clue how to use a cellphone. My sister had to do all the communicating with his office. Very inconvenient, rude and kind of discriminating I found it. What is wring with calling on the phone, I wonder.
They don't know how to schedule appointments without a lengthy waiting time. Waiting an hour a half, then walked out. The receptionist is nasty. I liked the Doctor, but the office was chaotic and unorganized. Never going back or recommending.
He knows what he is doing and what the medical field is all about. Treating body and person at the same time. He saved my life. Impeccable and reliable oncologist/hematologist
