Wish I could give 0 stars to this office! My appointment was scheduled for 5.30 but was then rescheduled to 5.15 which is fine.. I was give address "812 Courtyard Drive, Hillsborough" but couldnt find any building there when I arrived there using GPS.. I call the office and no1 picks up but I get a call saying I am late, which I explained and asked for directions on the entrance of the building but was told to juts "put it in GPS"! Another call after awhile from Karen from the office who told me where they were and I figured out that their address on the map is 100% WRONG! I reached there at 5.30 and she tells me that the appointment was rescheduled to 5PM and I was notified!!! Well there was ZERO communication of the appointment moving to 5pm to me! In the end, they did not let me in and asked to reschedule! I am NEVER going to this office for anything ever.. would definitely NOT recommend this to any other patients as well.. I will be looking elsewhere now.. thanks for wasting my time and gas!
