I made the mistake of convenience. Thinking because this group was local and a cardiologist was affiliated with the group, I finally found my Dr. WRONG. Incompetency is an understatement. Had maybe 3 visits in 1 year and each visit someone dropped the ball. From putting a diagnosis on an X-ray prescription, which was not correct, to a phlebotomist who strolled in 30 minutes late to waiting for an RX to be sent for over a week. Will be looking outside the area .
Recently I was looking for a new primary care physician for my family. I tried Dr. Gs office and could not handle the long wait times, even when I had an appointment. I found the most amazing nurse practionar, Heather Lomax. She is new to Dr. Platts office (across from WM police station). I was able to get an appointment right away. When I arrived I was seen at my appointment time. Heather Lomax was professional, kind, compassionate and took her time with me. I was in and out in half an hour. I highly recommend her.
