I've been seeing him for years now and I'm very satisfied. Just had my colonoscopy and endoscopy and all is well.
I saw Dr Werbitt twice and my experience was so bad, I quit. This is the first time I've ever switched doctors mid-treatment. 1. I arrived on time for my afternoon appointment. I waited 70 minutes in the first waiting room. Then another 65 minutes in the back waiting room before seeing the doctor. The staff indicated to me afterwards that this is completely normal in this office. 2. They gave me the wrong script for the pharmacy. I had to call back to have the correct one sent over. 3. One day I was in a lot of pain, I called in and was placed on the "call back" list. They told me that Dr Werbitt would call me back after he was done seeing patients. He never called. I normally don't write bad reviews on the internet, and try to avoid negativity, but I feel like if this info can help others, it's worth doing.
Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME,.... the office is dirty, mold on window sills, the front end has no clue what the back office is doing, the EMR system is weak, they still put everything on paper, prior authorizations, sit until someone gets a chance to be done, they are short handed & you may wait over an hour to be seen. No new technology,
