See All ReviewsThis office should be ashamed of themselves. I have never felt so neglected as a patient. I don't think I've ever had an actual person answer the phone in this office ever! After you go through an insane amount of prompts and questions you end up leaving a voicemail which basically never gets returned. I don't even know how patients actually get anything they need from this staff without actually being in person. I have been leaving messages for weeks begging and pleading for help with my prescription and have literally never heard back. I asked if there were any samples they could offer while I was waiting on them to provide my insurance with the proper information for the authorization. I'm now two weeks behind, symptoms have returned and I have received zero help from the people I'm supposed to rely on. This is such a joke. My insurance company has also been calling them for weeks and the response has been poor for them as well. Do yourself a favor and find another team who will actually care about you and your health.
I have been a patient for 25 years. I recently had my ballbladder out and he kept saying not convinced its your gallbladder. Finally ended up in emergency room where they saw stones and sludge and I was blown up like 9 months pregnant. Kept going back and he blamed it on slow post optic never even lifted my shirt listen to bowel sounds nothing was squinting at what was on computer. Gave me appt way out , meanwhile I was going to bathroom 4/5 times a day maternity clothing. Three nurse practitioners later no one ever ordered xray, cat scan hes good for low food map , handouts and IB Guard useless. Then his staff when I called in such pain said hes triple booked and hes doong research never there she would ask permission from him to add me but doubts he would GRANT it. After gallbladder surgery cause they never answer the phone i hit the Dr line and Dr Tangorra said someone would definitely call me back never happened. My god and then they cancelled appt cause pa had to cover the hospital morning of the appt, had to wait more time to be misdiagnosed. Not Good theres soo much more left hand dont know what the right is doing! At my last visit a woman came in to chrck in they told her she didnt have appt she said oh yes this is yhe date i wrote on paper gor Dr Bassari gave her two months dwn the line.
Dr Basry has been my gastro doctor for 20 years and 3 colonoscopies. He is excellent, literally a rock star who makes the experience very pleasant and if there is a nicer doctor around I have not met them!
