a year agoBest BLT I've had in a really long time. Nice crispy fries and quaint old school bar vibes you can't get anywhere but one of these original gems.

a year agoCame in on a Monday around 10PM, I went to use the restroom, my brother asked for a menu and ordered a soda and a water for me, I got to the table as the waitress sat the drinks down and she immediately asked if we’d like anything else. I said the menu please, she said our kitchen is closed. No signage, nothing stating so, we weren’t told before coming in, so we said nevermind we’ll be leaving then, and she still charged him for the soda that he didn’t even consume. Definitely should have started with telling us the kitchen was closed, especially considering they had flyers advertising $10 burger, fry, and drink dinners on Mondays plastered up in the bathroom. Pretty misleading and annoying.

a year agoStopped in about a week ago for night bite to eat. The burger and fries where amazing! Don't normally expect much from a dive bar but the cook knocked it out of the park! Stayed for some drinks and karaoke had a great time! Some really soild singers in the joint. Staff was engaged and even was able to make a pretty tasty Irish coffee. Highly recommend

a year agoYeeeeeaaaaahhhhhh don’t go here unless you want the weird old bar flies to constantly stare, whisper and laugh about you because you too aren’t a weird old bar fly or one of their 330pm Wednesday bar fly club members. Honestly food was terrible and the atmosphere was even worse, easily would rather eat anything else other than the dry, overcooked “best” burger in town. Honestly we felt very uncomfortable and it’s a shame people have to be so jealous.

3 years agoI came to this place about a month ago during a lunch break. The person that I was working with said that he attempted to find the best burger in Detroit. He said that this was the best place that he had found so far. While I don't know if it's the best, it was a damn good burger. It was nice and juicy with lots of flavor. It was also shaped well too, which doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but when you are eating a burger and you can't get a good grip, it becomes an issue. The patty melt was also very good. I got waffle fries with each of the burgers that I ordered and they were very good. The waitress was on point and the prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere is very upbeat as well. While it is sort of a blue collar feel, it seemed like a very fun place. There is also a patio outside. Overall, this place is very well-rounded. Great food and great vibes.

7 years agoThis place makes you feel like you have been a regular for years. The staff is friendly and engaging. Food and drink Prices are awesome. All the food is good. I order the Patty melt everytime!
