3 months agoBeen to the northwood Dunkin' twice now. At 10am and all I had to hear about is that we are fast huh. I mean they weren’t wrong at the moment. However, I went in before work at like 7:30 am and ordered a sandwich which wasn’t even layered correctly, 5 hash browns and large brown sugar espresso drink that wasn’t full. Paid $13.00 for hardly anything. I’m not so sure I’m a fan.

3 months agoBeen there twice amazing service, super friendly staff that really seem to love what they do! The sandwiches were super hot and fresh, fresh hashbrowns!! From what I seen it seems their prices are better than the other local Dunkin also. Definitely worth the stop for a drink and breakfast/lunch

3 months agoLame. I bought 6 of the exact same *filled* donut and they all looked like this. It's obvious that as a corp, donuts are sadly no longer the priority, but I LOVE Dunkin. I was thrilled at a new location close to home. But if they are going to compete with neighboring Biggby Coffee and Don's Doughnuts they are going to need to STEP IT UP.

3 months agoNgl donut was good but they forgot my bacon egg and cheese, so i’m paying 7 bucks for a single donut basically. But the guy was nice at the window so can’t complain too much.

3 months agoI've been coming here since they have opened and i can't express enough what a great atmosphere this place is. From coffee to food quality is exelente. Nick or his crew have always greeted me or those who walk in behind me with a smile and the service of the whole experience is amazing. This place is by far my new favorite coffee shop.

3 months agoI was at the grand opening and won 100 days of free coffee and have went every morning since. My orders are always perfect, they have very friendly staff, very fast service and really clean place. My kids really enjoy the donuts, and This is now my go-to location!

4 months agoI have high hopes for this one. So far I have been here twice and they are 100 times better than the Dunkin in Oregon. Great customer service, corrected an issue I had with no hassle, super friendly and the bacon is perfect. I will drive the extra mile. Please continue the great work.

4 months agoI stopped by the new Dunkin’ Donuts and had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and super efficient. My coffee was made perfectly — fresh, smooth, and exactly how I ordered it. The donuts were soft, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The store itself is clean, modern, and well-organized, with plenty of seating and a really comfortable atmosphere. Even during a busy time, the line moved quickly and the team kept everything running smoothly. If you’re looking for a reliable spot for your morning coffee or a sweet treat, this new Dunkin’ location is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back!
