This was the worse of the worse place I’ve ever encountered. Over priced portions was extremely small barley any meat in trey lots of rice which was hard as if it sat all day. Customer service was extremely rude. The woman was upset about the inquiry I had about the food as if I’m not paying 22 dollars for a small if u go there good luck god bless I will never go back I don’t want a refund and for sure don’t want no over cooked food with no flavor.
Today is my first time ordering from here and it was a pleasant interaction. the oxtail was flaverful and coming off the bone. Delicious!
I drove 45 minutes to come get this lady food and how she treated me today is mind blowing I was talking about this place at work because I feel like they got some of best beef patties too bad I’ll never eat another one again after the service I received today very rude very nasty I was telling it to another young lady how good the beef patties are so I called today to order jerk chicken so in my mind I’m American. I assume that jerk chicken is cooked on the grill because I’ve had it off the grill several times or whatever I didn’t know it comes with a gravy on the chicken I didn’t know this so I ordered the food I get in my car. I see that the chicken has gravy on it so I’m assuming that it was stewed chicken. I go back into ask the young lady Was it stewed chicken? She said no it was jerk chicken when I approached the counter they have cameras, two of them from the back come out there mad the old lady like they want to fight and upset, cause I’m asking a question like they wanna fight make it make sense man I come here all the time. I never been rude or disrespectful to nobody. You can’t even ask these people question and you spending your money like make it make sense , I just told somebody about this place I said go over there and let that old lady cook you some good beef patties and how she approached me today she’ll never get no more of my money no didn’t even ask what was going on didn’t even apologize nothing just nasty and rude and you spend your money with these people. I be trying to support black on restaurants, but today was just unbelievable
