Introducing your newest addition to the 1-star club, aka the don’t eat there club, East King! I was in the mood for carryout when I visited, so I was very excited to visit. I almost instantly regretted my decision. The cashier was rude, did not greet me when I said hello, and put my receipt and change on the counter instead of in my hand. I ordered a 4-piece wings (fried hard) and fried rice with a steak and cheese egg roll, almost $15, cool. My wings were undercooked, the rice was bland and unflavored (I don’t know how when they’re located next to Hispanic American stores), and the egg roll was essentially steakums and American cheese wrapped up. As someone who grew up in Maryland and visits New York (real carryouts), I do not recommend.
Food was nasty tasted weird and as I was chewing there was like an egg shell type of feeling. I was conflicted if I should add rice the lady was rushing me. I wish I would have just left waste of money.
Good prices. Fast takeout service. Only has a small dining area. For takeout it's one of the best in the area.
