Very disappointed did an online order for two foldovers, the one was correct as it was the meaty. Mine was not I ordered extra cheese and bacon. Yet when I got home I had two pepperoni and sausage foldovers.
I've been going here a lot lately since its under new ownership and we've noticed a major improvement in consistency, quality and service. The pizza has been delicious every time! The owner is friendly too which is a plus. We love the chicken bacon ranch and the all meat. We will keep coming back!
Placed an order over the phone for pickup just moved to the falls area I use to go to the one in Akron on west market never had a problem. I ordered the taco pizza the lettuce and tomato’s were frozen this was my 2nd bad experience at this location and when I called back up there I spoke with a guy Bobby said he had to call the owner to see what he wanted to do as far as a refund… he never called back I called the next day and asked for the guy I spoke with the previous night it was so loud in the background I couldn’t here anything the Lady was saying so I hung up called back a hour later spoke with the guy Bobby again said the owner didn’t answer and he would be in that night long story short I got the run around pizza toppings were either frozen or the temperature gauge was to high. Very under staffed and unorganized.
