See All ReviewsWhen my sister came to visit us in Jacksboro we decided to take her to lunch at Eastburn Table on Saturday. We ordered drinks (Mesquiteville Top Shelf Margarita and Ranch Water - delicious!), and the fried alligator as an appetizer (perfectly cooked and tender!). We opted for the Specials: Arugula and Brie salad, BLT wedge salad, along with their Chicken Nachos. The food tasted amazing and the portions were substantial! It was busy and full of patrons, however the wait staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Our utmost compliments and appreciation to Chef Stude and Chef Rosie! They are extremely talented in their craft, providing delicious and healthy food to customers. We enjoyed meeting you both and will see you again soon! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!
We are new to the area and never got the chance to stop at JR's Chophouse. Based solely on today's first visit, we will absolutely be back. The Mac'n'Cheese and Green Beans were great and the steak was cooked the way I asked (don't judge 😆) My fiance loved his Wagyu Chicken Fried Steak and actually found a place that he likes Sweet Potato Fries 😆. Overall, absolutely wonderful experience
After J.R.'s closed, the restaurant re-opened with new owners as Eastburn Table. Went for dinner. Staff was friendly, our waitress was helpful too. Menu is small, one page, not alot of choices. They have fried mushrooms and fried pickles on the appetizer menu, same price for either. We asked if we could get half pickles and half mushrooms, but were told no🤔🤷. Wife ordered the catfish dinner which was good and the sweet potato fries were good too. I got the club sandwich which was good also and very large. Came with regular skinny fries, but they were a bit too oily. Prices were reasonable. They have a great outdoor patio too, but i did not see anyone seated out there, so not sure if it's open. Overall it was good, but standard.
