a week agoThat’s the tastiest breakfast you could EVER ask for. So delicious. And Stanley is incredible - extremely kind and welcoming and generous! Along with Joey and staff, they have the place operating beautifully. I had the pork roast biscuit, the fried catfish biscuit w/ an egg, a biscuit cinnamon roll and the blueberry biscuit. EVERY single bite and taste of each item was perfect! Even the leftovers later in the day were just as tasty and seemed super fresh. Cannot wait to return. Thank you Stanley, Joey and the Edie’s crew. You more than made my day and that of my parents as well. World class breakfast and restaurant.

3 weeks agoWe happen to eat here on a road trip 3 years ago. We’re planning another road trip and intentionally timing ourselves to drive through Lafayette while Eddie’s is open. Still thinking of those blueberry biscuits.

Edited a month agoWhere do I start.... The girl that took our order was super friendly, and happy, definitely not something we are used to especially with how busy the place was. (wish I would have gotten her name) The food was absolutely delicious! Then the pricing, listen serious talk I spent !15$! For me and my kid! We will definitely be returning 😎😁

4 months agoThe small place with a big taste. When they say Luv Ya Like A Biscuit they mean it. The food is amazing, excellent prices. Home cooked breakfast at its best. You can also get fried fish ands fried shrimp with anything you order. Their special sauce is a must with this. I ordered the Works Omelette with grits and a cinnamon biscuit. Yum yum yum. This home town favorite is a must for breakfast. Sip on hot fresh coffee while you wait. Edie’s your the best.

a year agoI LOVE IT HERE !! The food came out the second I put my butt in the seat (1min max) . On top of that , it was hot and DELICIOUS. These biscuits were so good , the best biscuits I’ve ever had .❤️& the bacon ????? 10/10. I’ll be back. The people were so kind , the guy in the back spoke to me and told me goodmorning ! Sweet guy !!! Praying the Lord always provides a way for them to stay in business .

a year agoThis is a cool Southern breakfast spot. Reminded me of a New Orleans hole in the wall. The only mistake I made, was thinking I could find healthy food at biscuit joint! Very tasty food, but not much good for you...just good for the soul! I really wish the café had real cups & silverware. I especially don't like drinking hot coffee in styrofoam. I really loved the price!

4 years agoOkay so the reviews aren’t lying. These biscuits are earth shattering. This place is like 6 or 7 stars. Love the vibe, nice friendly staff, lots of locals, and the food was crazy good. Among my absolute elite breakfast experiences. Louisiana doesn’t mess around with their biscuits apparently. I should’ve assumed, but wow really this was great.
