Great waitress, really enjoy speaking with them when I'm there. Great service, great food.
I typically order from here a lot, a few days ago I ordered Mac and cheese and it smelled off but I thought nothing of it (bad idea). I got crazy food poisoning and had to call off of work. I ordered 4 orders of it so that’s 40$ wasted… I tried to get it refunded through DoorDash and it was denied. So be warned 😅
Great little diner in the heart of Pontiac, IL. Lunch is fantastic, and so is their breakfast (which they serve all day). A great little spot to eat when taking in the sights of down town.
Stopped here for an early lunch after visiting Pontiac museum. We ordered an omelet and french toast. Both were very good. Our server was friendly and prompt. There was one drawback. We were seated towards the back, near the counter, where people were picking up food. That's fine except people were bumping into our table, a couple children were playing and knocked over things on our table, etc. Just too close, I think.
The Postal Burger was good and so were the cheese balls. Not the best, but it hit the spot. Overhearing another table, the cooks should probably wear hair nets. Good price on Miller Lite at $2.50/bottle. The waitress during the day shift was great. My biggest issue with this place is that it's too quiet. No music at all when we went. I usually try to avoid places like that as it's uncomfortable.
A great place to have breakfast. The people are so nice and they take our/your health very serious. We had the best omelet ever today, very tasty and fluffy. I highly recommend it.
This place is a hidden gem (literally a hidden gem; hard to find!) We loved the atmosphere and decorations. Overall, Great food and service. Best of all, the price couldn't be beat. We had breakfast for 4 people (coffees included) for under $40. We'll be back. I highly recommend this place if you want good food and/or like saving money
Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy exceptional. The place was packed, so it took a bit for the food to arrive, but worth the wait. Prices were very affordable. I ordered half order of biscuit and the Friday $2.99 egg and hash brown special. Great meal for under $6.50.
