The customer service at this place is terrible. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. The employee was rude, dismissive, and had a constant attitude like she didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no patience, no professionalism at all. Simple questions were met with annoyance, eye-rolling, and an overall lack of respect. That kind of behavior makes the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service is a basic expectation, not a favor. If employees are unhappy or don’t know how to treat people with respect, management needs to step in and fix the problem. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values decent service

😡😡This place has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I placed multiple orders by phone. When it was time to pay, I was flat-out told I could not pay separately. Instead of explaining that policy in a respectful way, the employee snapped at me and blamed me for not saying it ahead of time. I told them it was fine and that I would pay everything together, but that didn’t matter. Her attitude was horrible from start to finish. She was visibly irritated, making faces, and treating me like I was a problem instead of a paying customer. There is absolutely no excuse for talking down to customers or acting annoyed while doing your job. Customers are the reason this business is open and the reason employees get paid. If dealing with customers is such a burden, then customer service is the wrong job🙄 I walked out feeling disrespected and angry. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect🤬🤬
