See All ReviewsThis place is over hyped!! I will say your food will come out fast but the service is nothing as what you would expect. We had to keep asking over and over for our drinks to be refilled and at the end we waited almost an hour before she finally decided to bring us the ticket after we had asked for it. The only thing I recommend here is probably the wings. Everything else is ehh order at your own risk. The restrooms were not the best especially for them not being so busy as normal. I really expected more from here and was very disappointed. Also the tip is automatically already added to your total don’t matter if you pay cash or card
First time going and food was not it. I always try the Cóctel de Camarón because if they have a good cóctel food is usually good. Cóctel tasted like water and the color even reflected it. It was 9 of us and bill was almost $400. Food is way overpriced especially for being basic plates of burgers and wings. Atmosphere is fun but it is very loud so if you like to talk during dinner this is not the place for you. It was Mother’s Day weekend so we knew it was going to be a while for a table, we waited about 30-40 mns on a Sunday night. Waiter was nice but she didn’t get to our table till about 20 mns after we were sat. We had a baby and we were never offered a baby seat, we had to ask someone else after a while. Live Music and Banda. It’s a party atmosphere so if you are looking for that you will like it but good food- na. A BIG NO NO I saw was one of the waiters kept going into a room they have to the side to refill the tostada containers. The door is glass so it’s maybe like a room they have all the cups and plates and some head props they use I guess for entertainment but you can see what goes on inside. The containers she was using for the tostadas were just stacked on top of each other and were placed close to the floor and she just kept emptying tostada bags into the bins with here BARE hands. No gloves no anything. She had been coming in and out touching door handles and going to her tables and back and forth. I hope they used gloves in places where they prepare the food.
1st time Came for the food am writing a review because we have been waiting 45mins for our food . It took 15 mins just to get a waitress who is also hosting to just get our drinks . The presentation on our oyster are meh . Have had better .
