You know when a breakfast burrito looks like this that it’s about to slap. And it did indeed slap. One of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. Every bite was incredible. Don’t be afraid to go into the gas station. I promise you it won’t disappoint.
I have been coming here for years, probably since 2018/2019 when I moved to Dallas, spent so much money at this taqueria gas station. The service has always been iffy but the food is decent and the prices are okay. It's a bustling environment, you're pretty much always in and out. The menu is big and everything is made to order so fresh food in this day and age is hard to find. I'm not going to lie, I would recommend this place. The owner and cook is a cool guy in a sense he's kind but not really nice which I consider cool because people generally are kind but not nice so, I accept that. He's been having people come help so service is still iffy but they are trying to keep up. The last thing I'll say is, they are so so so stingy with the green salsa like to the point they won't offer you more even when you ask to pay for it. Don't get me wrong, their green salsa is decent just like the food is decent. When I say decent I mean worth driving to if you are out but not worth leaving the house for if that makes sense. I just don't think the salsa verde is gold bars from Costco I'm just being honest. It's interesting though, they tried to charge me for the smallest salsa and I went across to that small taqueria across from dds and they gave me salsa verde free like a decent sized one without even having to buy anything. Like Charritos why are you guys so stingy with the salsa... I've watched you make it and you make it in bulk and store it. I got a breakfast burrito and received 1 small salsa verde, that's impossible... my late friend introduced me to this place so it's very sentimental for me but I'm literally not ever coming back there. It's always you guys being stingy with the salsa like "24/7 TACOS" isn't a drive away. That's my recommendation, go to any "24/7 TACOS" especially the Addison location. Or chilangos off of alpha, that's my favorite location!
