Horrible customer service. I orders at the drive through on May 29, 2026. The drive through speaker was malfunctioning and I told the person at the window only to be told “ya me dijeron muchas veces” and when my food was handed to me, the girl (different girl) dropped the bag on the floor and still handed it to me after….. needless to say. Not the first time I get attitude. I’ve had enough of this place. I will not be coming back.
I had three crispy shredded beef flautas with crema, queso fresco, avocado slices, and fresh onions. You can pick and choose what you want in case you don’t like crema or onions, like some people don’t. I also topped mine from the salsa bar with lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole (and more guacamole), cucumber, grilled onions (from toreado chile), salsa roja, vinegar, and lemon. They were savory, crunchy, fresh, and seriously delicious. They also have aguas frescas like Jamaica, horchata, and lemonade. I drink water to avoid sugar, but I’ve tasted them and they’re delicious too. While you wait, they give you tostadas to enjoy with their flavorful salsas. My favorite is the red salsa, my husband enjoys the pico de gallo, and the green salsa which is great too.
I’m visiting and us my first time here. Everything was very good, food is fresh service is fast and friendly.
