NO MORE CHINESE PLATES- I came to get a Chinese plate cause the Chinese restaurant in town sucks and the pictures here looked good. They no longer serve it. So I got 3 Pastor tacos. The corn tortillas are thick homemade ones 7 out of 10. They are good. The pastor itself I'd say a 6 out of 10. It's not the greasy red marinated pastor I wanted. Green and red sauce 6 out of 10. All in all it was a slightly above average taco truck. I rate a 6.5 out of 10 or 3 stars.
Today I had the Shrimp Lo mein and egg rolls 2 weeks ago I had Mongolian beef with fried rice. They were all delicious, very flavorful. He can make all dishes spicy, which is even better.
The best Chinese food I've ever had. Over and over again. Between my husband and I we have had almost everything on the menu from shrimp, beef, chicken, egg rolls, etc, everything is always extremely fresh and very consistent.
