El Dorado Grill was hands down the best choice we could have made on our road trip through Wise County. The service staff was wonderful from start to finish — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We were especially happy to find outdoor seating where we could comfortably sit with our dog and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. The food was fantastic. We absolutely loved the southern twist on the Mexican dishes, and we’re so glad we decided to order from the specials menu. Highly recommend the Papa’s Special — so flavorful and satisfying. The restaurant itself was gorgeous and had such a great vibe. Between the scenery, the food, the service, and the pet-friendly seating, this stop ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.
Some of the blandest Mexican in Wise County. I'd rather eat at almost any other Mexican spot in the area. El Dorado is conveniently located and the staff are always very nice, but the food and drinks simply aren't good. The margaritas are horrendous. Oh, and the touch tunes thing is super loud when it activates.
Fashion tastic food. Willing to substitute and custom order. Hubby got the wrong thing but it was so good he didnt care!
