I love Fogon especially the wings 10/10 , waiter is super nice
Be careful when coming to this restaurant. I found a bug in my beans. The manager was extremely rude. She was an older lady with glasses. She refused to give me a return on my order. Rather than acknowledging the issue, she "educated me" on the type of bug it was. Stating he bug couldn't have been on the beans because it wasn't toasted. That is not an acceptable excuse. She refused to give me a refund, so I asked to speak to the owner. She stated he was currently unavailable. Keep in mind a few minutes earlier she stated she needed to call him to able to give me a refund. The manager refused to call the owner so I was only able to get a partial refund. Horrible customer service. They are unable to take accountability when the proof is there. They just lost a loyal customer. Due to their horrible customer service and poor hygiene.
Food was extremely delicious this was my first time going but I sure will go back tomorrow for breakfast personal are very polite and answer Al your questions. Highly recommend
