Jose is the goat! Always takes care of us! Great spot for a meal and a couple of drinks
Over the years we have eaten here often. It’s good food and we use to eat there in person but have now started doing carry out. I’ve always been a big believer in tipping at least 20% even for takeout if the service is good and it usually is here. My issue now is that they don’t give you a receipt with the breakdown of the cost, just a total. One day I did ask for receipt with a breakdown and that’s when I noticed that they put a 10% gratuity automatically without me being made aware of it. There’s no notification anywhere stating that. I was adding a 20% tip on top of the 10% without even knowing it. To me that’s not cool or ethical. I know the servers deserve tips and I’m all for it but it should be my decision not the management.
Rice and beans are excellent . Taco was not bad , but a little disappointing. The service was fast. They quickly corrected my order. I would like to go back to try other dishes.
