I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent order placed on February 16th totaling $43.16. My mother and I have visited this location before, but this experience was unacceptable. We ordered 4 ground beef tacos and a taco salad. My mother noted that the ground beef in the tacos was of very poor quality—it tasted like old, leftover meat rather than being cooked fresh, which was a sharp contrast to the meal she had here just three weeks ago. Additionally, my order was incorrect; I requested sour cream on my food, but it was served on the side. To make matters worse, the steak in my meal was tough and tasted undercooked. Because the restaurant was closing as we received the food, we were unable to address this in person. I expect much higher standards for a $43 meal and would like to request a refund or a resolution for these issues."
Excellent tamales. Tacos are good, but can be greasy. Love the rice, corn & bean mix. Good value for the price.
$16 for a steak burrito full of fat that I did not enjoy☹️😩😖
