Good food, good service, we go their all the time
The worst service and experience I've ever had. We showed up and waited 10 mins to be seated then she sait us at a dirty table. When I told her it wad dirty she said seat yourself. Then proceeded to wait 15 mins for her to take our drink order. The place starts to fill up quickly. Mind you we were the 3rd table there. She took care of every one else there first. People were getting their food before us that had came in after us and have eaten and paid their bill and we still had not been able to order our food. It was 50-55 mins we waited before we just go up and left. I've never seen such poor customer service. I usually give places 3 times to impress me. But I doubt ill be back unless I get a different waitress. I've hear this place has good good. But not sure i'll be back.t
This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had and that's not an exaggeration. There were 2 tables there when we got there. The server sat us at a dirty table, we moved to a clean table ourselves. We sat and waited to get menus and 7 other tables came in after us, they received menus, drinks and chips and salsa while we still waited to get menus. The other tables received their food and we finally got menus and she took our drink order but waited 10 more minutes to get our drinks. The other tables received their checks and she still had not even taken our order yet. After being there for 55 minutes and still not having our order taken, we left. We are patient, but that was ridiculous. Can't tell you if the food is good, we never got any. I will give them one more chance and hope it goes better next time. Not 100% sure though, it was kinda dirty in there.
