I’ve been coming here for years and have always had good experiences dining inside. Unfortunately, today’s drive-thru experience was the worst I’ve ever had. The employee who took my order seemed rushed and was rude throughout the interaction. I paid $17 for four tacos, which seemed unusually high based on my many previous visits. When I asked for an itemized receipt because I didn’t understand the charges, she told me she didn’t know how to explain it and that it was just what the system gave her. To make sure my order was correct, I repeated it back to her, and she confirmed it by reading from her ticket. However, when I got home, I discovered my taco was missing the bacon I had ordered. When I called the restaurant, I was met with the same unhelpful attitude. The employee stated that I wasn’t charged for bacon, despite earlier being unable to explain the receipt. She also insisted she had read the order back to me, which is true but I had repeated the order back to her as well, including the bacon. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability or effort to resolve the issue. After years of positive experiences, this visit was extremely frustrating and left a very poor impression. I hope management addresses both the customer service and communication issues so future customers don’t have a similar experience.
Tacos a pretty good. Service is overall good depending what waitress you get. It's really small in there and be careful with getting overcharged. Which is typical in all Victoria restaurants.
My mom introduced me to this place and it’s good. I only come here for breakfast. I think they have good prices and they serve you a good amount of food. The only thing I would like for them to make their breakfast potatoes more flavorful they are a bit bland. I love their pancakes. The waitresses are always so nice and attentive.
