I recently tried this Cuban food truck, and the food was incredible. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and authentically Cuban. We ordered the chicken, the liver, and the vaca frita, and all three dishes were delicious. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the liver was cooked perfectly, and the vaca frita had amazing texture and seasoning. The service was fast and friendly, and the portions were generous.
