God bless this place, best nachos in NYC! Ordering it every week or two (the one with barbacoa meat), best comforting food.
So I’ve been ordering from your restaurant for 6-7 years and always get the chicken burrito bowl. I don't know what’s happening with the quality control, but the food is entirely different. I noticed it last week and thought it was a one off. The meat is now grilled chicken, which is tasteless and rubbery. There was no cilantro or lime in the cilantro lime rice. My entire guac was brown. The lettuce was not finely chopped like it usually is. There was probably a teaspoon of black beans in the bowl. The whole thing was awful and tasteless. I'm VERY disappointed with what’s happening. Considering I order from you guys religiously. It vexes me to my core when I pay my hard earned money for food and don't get what I ordered. Based on the last few orders, I'm scared and will take a break from ordering with you guys. If this is your new burrito bowl, please fix it. It’s quite literally the worst burrito bowl I ever had.
The Birria burrito is everything you could ever hope for in a sloppy messy burrito packed with flavor. You’ll def need a fork and knife but it’s worth it!
