The restaurant is is decorated beautifully and clean. The staff greet you with a friendly smile and very helpful with sharing what they offer. I got a quick take out for lunch and it was fast and the food tasted phenomenal. I will be back to dine in. Great job El Patio Mexican Bar & Grill! 🌮🎉👏🏽
Service was welcoming, informative and timely. Atmosphere was authentic and relaxing. The seafood dip was one of the best dishes that I have had in Danville. Mojito was superb with fresh mint grown on site. I had the ground beef chimichangas and my daughter had the chicken quesadillas. Both dishes were above average and came to the table hot and appealing. Definitely one of the top notch Mexican eateries in the area.
Have eaten in and takeout many times. The wait staff are nice and helpful, and the restaurant is always kept clean and the decor continues to improve. The food however just isn't as good as it could be. The staff haven't settled on a white sauce recipe yet, and thus it's very inconsistent. The chicken dishes, I've found, are typically lacking a lot of flavor. When I've ordered the pollo asado tacos takeout, it's come with only the tortillas and chicken, no cilantro/onions. Salt and pepper can help a bit but not all that much. A little more care into adding flavor and making sure "fixings" make it into takeout orders would go a LONG way.
