This place is a time stamp of an era long gone. The decorations are stuck in time and yet it only lends to the atmosphere. Great service well priced and super delicious. It was a great experience and the food was amazing. It only takes cash so come prepared.

If you're looking for authentic Mexican food in McAllen look no further. I had a stewed beef gordita that was fabulous and I bought a dozen flour tortillas to make enchiladas. This place is dripping in unpretentious atmosphere.
