6 years agoNot so friendly at the time I came in, was told to order ahead of time if I wanted my order made a little different than what was on the menu. Rude!

7 years agoI enjoy this place so much. The chicken is delicious, the staff is super friendly and the prices are even better. If I could I would eat there everyday.

7 years agoPLACE IS SUPER DIRTY; SUPER HOT INSIDE FAST FOOD CHAIN = EVEN EMPLOYEES ARE SWEATING BEHIND COUNTER = GROSS! OWNER DOES NOT CARE; STOP BUYING FOOD THERE UNTIL RESTAURANT OWNERS BEGIN PROVIDING CUSTOMERS A NICE ATMOSPHERE, CLEAN RESTAURANT AND RESTROOMS = PLUS TAKING CARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES SO THEY CAN STOP DRIPPING THEIR SWEAT ON THE FOOD!!!

Edited 7 years agoI’m not much of a pollo fan but my siblings are they love it there . It's okay pollo for me but that’s from someone that dislikes it.
