I’m very disappointed with my experience at El Principe. I ordered fish that appeared to be old and did not taste fresh. The quality was poor enough that I attempted to return it, but I was told that no refund would be provided. I also purchased beef and rice from the hot food section, and the beef was extremely tough and difficult to eat. As a paying customer, I expect food to be fresh and prepared properly. What was most frustrating was the lack of resolution when I raised my concerns. I hope management takes food quality and customer service more seriously so future customers have a better experience.
Nice place, real domincan food, You can find the authentic dominican flavor in each dish. Great variety in the menu, I do recommend the place for sure.
Bad vibes, customers are not treated equally even when they have a ticket number system. Small, cramped, packed and over rated. Food is served and probably cooked with BAD VIBES. It is a no for me. They should appreciate and treat their customers with dignity and respect but they don't.
