El Rodeo isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience. From the moment you walk in, the smell of fresh Mexican food lets you know you’re about to eat GOOD. The buffet is loaded with flavorful, freshly made dishes that never feel boring, and the Mexican plates are next-level—rich, authentic flavors and portions that leave you more than satisfied. Everything tastes homemade and full of tradition. It’s no exaggeration to say this is the best Mexican food in West Texas. If you haven’t eaten here yet, you’re seriously missing out.
Absolutely amazing! Everything we tried was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The brisket burrito was tender and juicy, the asada burrito was seasoned just right, and the tacos de pastor plate were hands down my favorite, so flavorful and authentic. Portions were generous and everything tasted fresh. You can really tell they put care into their food. Definitely coming back and recommending this place to everyone!
