a week agoI had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service from the waitress was extremely poor and came with a noticeable attitude. Yesterday, I ordered a hamburger along with chips and salsa, and I also paid extra for their special salsa. When I asked for the salsa that normally comes with the chips, the cashier laughed at me and, in a rude tone, told me that the chips don’t come with salsa. The way this was handled felt unprofessional and disrespectful. A simple explanation would have been fine, but the attitude and reaction made the experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, because of the service, I would not recommend this place.

a month agoIt’s usually good I get tacos from here often because I live near by but today was the worst , I called and I think they forgot they put me on hold I was waiting for 17 minutes I finally hanged up and called back no problem I get it we get busy and forget that’s okay but then for the food to be bad ? Not sure if they hired a new chef but this was so disappointing when I get birria tacos I expect a good crispy cheesy birria taco this was a sloppy oily mess , it barely had any cheese and just drenched in oil and the meat was all fatty and just gross not sure if I will be back after this …

a month agoI was really excited to try this place out because I saw it on TikTok. When I saw my plate I was disappointed. But I guess I can’t expect them to make my plate the same way they make plates for those that are there to create videos for TikTok. It looked like they tossed tortillas and meat into a plate and then threw some grilled onions on it. The tripa was not good, it had no flavor. The trompo had a good flavor but only half of my order had decent trompo, the rest of it I couldn’t tell if it was old or just burnt. The tortillas were hard and extremely greasy.

a month agoI ordered 3 tacos de tripa and one de bistec tell me why she come back with 3 de trompo and 1 de bistec and when I tell her they're supposed to be 3 de tripa she said I forgot we're out but then she ask my husband you didn't want to ordered a nopal like the last time.🤦🏽♀️ she can't remember she's out of tripa but she remembers what he order 2wks ago. And they never have any aguas frescas. Last time I come here

7 months agoThe food is delicious! Had the baked potato mixture and was great. The tacos were perfect and the salsa rosa was great.

8 months agomy preference but not very fond of the mini brown colored corn tortillas they have a different taste to me. the torts was odd. most spots use crema, I had mayonnaise n my torta and a cold slice of ham. not very tasty in my opinion. it's kool you get fries with it but at least be fresh not stale. back to the Southside I go where tortas are half the price in Pasadena

8 months agoThe chips were thick and crunchy! So good! And the salsa was fantastic! I got the Jamaica tea and quesabirria tacos and they where soooo good! I can't even tell you how good they were!

a year agoLittle hidden gem, tacos are so good. Reminds me of tacos from Mexico. I recommend this little spot to anyone in the area. Music a little loud, but able to talk over it, thats why I set 4 stars on atmosphere.
