Heavenly!! We ordered tacos (carne asada and Al pastor) that were both packed with flavor and the perfect portion. The salsa is punchy (you'll feel the burn) and delicious. The sides of beans and rice were a lovely addition. Good price, fantastic service, all around 10/10.
This place is awesome!!!!! My family and I are staying visiting rocky mount NC for a day and once we decided on what to eat close to our hotel , I can say that I dont regret the choice we made. It was delicious, best Mexican food I tasted in my 49yr of life. Food was tasty, just perfect. The waiter was attentive , very nice , pleasant and patient, place was very clean 👌 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! Must try 😋
I went to El Tapatio’s at lunchtime on May 18 server was very rude. I ordered a drink and server never came back to my table. Serve server catered to Caucasian and Hispanic customers before he could cater to African-American customers and when I asked Spoke to management she’s gonna have the audacity to tell me that she’s married to an African-American. What does that have to do with customer service if your server did not do what he supposed to do his duties by taking care of customer service why do I care because you’re married to a African-American please do not go to this restaurant because they’re racist and they only Caucasian and Hispanic people they think Black people does not have any money. she was very unprofessional with her being a manager to fix the problem. She should’ve held him accountable and make sure he takes care of all his guests color is out of the picture in 2026 everybody money spends the same.
