Rachel was excellent, she was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The place is great, food is delicious different choices, the ambiance but the best was having Rachel as a server to take care of us .
Amaiel was a fantastic waiter tonight. He was very kind, answered all of our questions, and recommended very good options. I highly recommend the ox tail stew. A must try!
Dining at El Trovador was a real treat. My husband kicked off our experience with the El Jefe Margarita, claiming it was the best he’s ever had. Of course I had to try it too — and he wasn’t wrong. It was absolutely delightful. To start, we ordered the Chorizo al Vino, Serrano ham croquettes, and Gambas al Ajillo (shrimp in garlic sauce). Every bite was delicious and full of flavor. For our entrées, we indulged in fried pork chunks and a prime churrasco skirt steak served with sweet caramelized plantains and the most incredible chimichurri sauce. Truly memorable. Our bartenders, Jose and Anniel, were incredibly attentive — such sweet guys. I was especially impressed with Anniel’s precision when making drinks. The attention to detail was next-level. They also had a fantastic band playing that night — I literally couldn’t stop moving in my seat. The décor is amazing too, with so many great photo opportunities throughout the space. Overall, such a fun, flavorful, and lively dining experience.
