Interesting place! The food is amazing, and not something you find very many places, as such the prices are a little more on the mid-range. It's delicious food, but often takes a long time to receive. My boyfriends order is almost always messed up, but mine and my sons food is always great. The best part of going to Elbo Room for us is the fun and eclectic Open Mic Night on Thursdays. The atmosphere is great and you can tell the staff and patrons all love it and have a harmonious balance.
Love this good. Homemade and in house ingredients. Try the stuffed avocado. The mac n' cheese is so yummy. The perch sandwich is definitely worth trying. Oh and the dessert mouth watering.
Unfortunately, I can’t give this place more than 2 stars. Only 4 tables tonight with patrons and we waited 1.5 hours to get our food. When they came out with the food, they told us they were out of turkey for my sandwich. Everyone else got their food, while I waited another 10 minutes for the sandwich I didn’t really want. Service was given with a smile, but they were terribly understaffed. Food was good, but only my sandwich was warm, cause it was made last minute, to make up for the lack of turkey. I would like to go back someday, but not until management figures out how to properly staff. I won’t blame the server for anything. I blame management. The server we had did her best and she did it with a HUGE smile the entire time, but not once did a manager help her out or ever come over to apologize for the bad experience.
