Damian was extremely easy to work with. He responded to all messages almost immediately. He was super helpful in guiding me to order the appropriate amount of protein for my party size and his prices were fair and affordable. Food was delivered exactly when I requested and set up for me. My son’s rehearsal dinner was a hit! Everyone raved about how good the food was. I would highly recommend this catering service to anyone! I wish I had thought to take photos of the food, but by the time it occurred to me, it had been devoured! We ordered the brisket and Italian chicken breast, and the two included bbq sauces were amazing as well! If you have a party coming up, Damian is absolutely your chef!
We had an incredible experience working with Damian for my husband Ryan’s 40th birthday celebration. From start to finish, he was responsive, communicative, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire planning process. Damian provided great recommendations on menu selections and food quantities based on our guest count, making sure we had enough for everyone while still leaving us with the leftovers we wanted. On the day of the event, his team delivered everything right on time and made sure we had all the serving tools and supplies we needed. Most importantly, the food was absolutely outstanding. We served brisket, pulled pork, smoked BBQ beans, and mac and cheese, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. Several people said it was the best mac and cheese they had ever had! As a huge BBQ fan, my husband was thrilled, and it truly made his birthday celebration special. Damian is clearly a master of his craft, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I couldn’t have asked for anything better and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional BBQ and outstanding service for a special event.
We had an incredible private chef dinner experience with Damian, that exceeded every expectation. The filet was cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The fresh salad and perfectly seasoned potatoes complemented the meal so well, creating an amazing dinner. And then dessert… absolutely unforgettable. The crème brûlée cheesecake was rich, creamy, and had that perfect caramelized top that added just the right crunch. It was the kind of dessert you keep thinking about long after the night ends. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtfully prepared and executed with care. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate a special evening! Damian also prepared delicious breakfast casseroles for the weekend that were wonderful!
