Food was fresh & delish! and service was awesome.. Definitely a repeat visit. Can't beat homemade flour tortillas..
only service i had was to place order and when food came out other than than not even a nod. I dont know why alot of these mexican restaurants dont carry regular yellow lemon for tea the tea i had was very watered down and tortillas were like white wings store bought. Owner was there didn't even say hi thank you for coming. Salsa was also watered down amd chips cold very disappointing
Place was bigger than expected, salsa was great actually super spicy loved it..price was very reasonable.:.we went durning lunch..waitress was attentive but, one of the host kept talking to me in Spanish “because I look Hispanic” but, I do not speak Spanish only understand some. So, I continue to answer her questions in English…and finally she asks me “you don’t speak Spanish…um to me that would be obvious to anyone if I keep talking English..made me uncomfortable like thought I was lying about not knowing Spanish. Anyhow other than that I liked the place that situation just made it a bit awkward.
Food is outstanding service was fast My friend sofia who works there such a sweet girl and person Ill definitely be coming back here
Really enjoyed our meal! Very tasty and affordable. Great service
Food here is great. But the bathroom is beneath the tier of a rundown gas station Went there in january and about froze my fanny off in men's room. Not to mention, you can't flush the toilet paper. The dimensions were like being in a submarine. I almost left the building and went out to look for a tree. I had a better outhouse at my dear lease. So now i'm too traumatized to go back.🤪 The food's still great, though.I'll order to go from now on.
The only decent Texmex in La Vernia. I’m sorry but nobody else can even handle fully cooking a potato all the way through. Great salsas, great tacos, great prices.
Puffy tacos were good, but soggy since they were placed in enchilada gravy. Beef enchiladas were inedible. VERY strange tasting sauce and/or cheese. Waitress and cashier both asked how was everything. I told them both. Waitress replied by asking if I wanted a box. Cashier said, I’m sorry. Here’s your total. She seemed unconcerned. After paying, I asked her to let the manager know my comments. Obviously this place doesn’t care whether or not the food is satisfactory. If they’d cared, I’d have given them a second chance. We won’t return. Tried them once in New Berlin and didn’t care for it. Wish we hadn’t bothered trying them in LV.
