Food is good and the service is quick
Authentic food and scene. Pate’s were delicious.
Worse experience ever. Only one staff member was working—and she was incredibly rude. I initially came in just for bread, but after seeing the options, I decided to try more items. Big mistake. Nothing was fresh. The soup tasted like it had been sitting for days and was overly seasoned, as if old and new batches had been mixed together. The patties were dry, barely filled, and clearly reheated. Even the dried peanuts were so unappetizing they made you not want to take another bite. I spent $21 and regretted every dollar—though my dogs enjoyed the leftovers more than I did. Would not recommend.
The food was awesome. the staff was nice. It's not of seating but can dine in.
Not good at all the pate was soggy and not well cooked. This is nothing compared to a real Haitian pate kode. :(
As Haitian, the pate was horrible and the legume tasted like it’s been there for days and tasted nasty. I bought cassava and it was spoiled, tasted nasty. Go somewhere else for your food, and the lady was really rude, never again. I wish I could give them ZERO
Open your pate before eating them. The pate usually taste good but this time I found ants in my pate.I went back the lady wanted to argue with me over the ants I just cannot. If you’re okay with eating ants go ahead THE pate taste good I just don’t eat ants.
Purchased 2 Lalo and Dewey plates, got home to eat the food only to find out that it was old and smelled sour ( Santi). I called to let them know then took the food back and the lady wanted to debate. She had the nerve to tell me that I don't know what fresh Lalo is. She assumed that because I'm American that I don't know what I'm talking about. I informed that may not be Haitian but my husband and his parents are. I told her that any person with common sense could tell the food was old just by the taste and smell. I thought that it was just me at first but my mil, husband and his grandfather all said the same thing. If you're going to open up a business especially a restaurant, you need to have good customer service and the food should be fresh. STOP SELLING PEOPLE OLD FOOD AND RIPPING THEM OFF. That's the last time they will get any of my money. Btw, I also posted my experience on Facebook.
