2 weeks agoUsed to order here frequently. Over the last year the pizza is severely burnt every time. To the point it is not appetizing after the first few bites. The rest of the food is typically pretty good. But the pizza is a big No from our family. We have even brought it up to the staff and were told this so how the pizza must be made....

2 months agoTheir prices are ridiculous now and the pizza has this consistent strong yeast smell like the dough isn't fresh. Too many other options to settle. I'm disappointed as this place used to be great but has gone downhill; especially over the past couple of years.

2 months agoHow nice it is to have my salad with sweet n sour dressing at 3a while I work…sweet sour sauce and dressing are 2 different things! This place has always had the most amazing food and the last time I went I said I would t return and now this..truly done! Mike Lynch is rolling in his grave watching you folks run his business to the ground!!!

Edited 3 months agoWe got the Hawaiann pizza and BBQ chicken ranch. The crust and sauces were really good. Same with the cheese. Best pizza we have had in awhile. Its just pricey. $50 for 2 large pizzas. Will be back though I do wish they would make a chicken bacon ranch pizza.

7 months agoWas told pizza would be delivered 30-35 min. After an hour I called and was told driver was late and they had other priority deliveries. Well I went and picked up my cold food. I’ve been going here a long time and haven’t had issues. But they acted like it was my fault. Food could have been remade so it was hot.

9 months agoThe pizza was over cooked slightly and the pepperoni was like potato chips. I had to wait in line just to pickup the food. The price on the Google menu is wrong. They didn't have any updated menu's to even know what all they sell with the correct prices. They took the gourmet or deluxe sauce off of the menu. Parking is small and you have to back out onto a pretty busy road, but watch out for the telephone pole. All in all, the food had good flavor and they need to get some menu's so I can try some other offerings.

2 years agoI have ordered from here for a long time living here in Louisville and always has been great. The last few times have been really bad especially tonight. Got lasagna dinner (no red sauce on it and had green spinach inside of it and noodles were hardly cooked) so we didn’t even touch that. Got 2 6pc chicken wings and they were horrible. Chewy and no sauce. I even tried adding sauce to them but they were so darn chewy. And then I got the fish dinner and my roll was so smooshed down it’s like the packed it in there and then the 3 pieces of fish I ate 1 as I only received 2 tarter sauce packets for 3 pieces of fish and fries were super cold. Spent almost $60 and it all went to waste. They offered to bring lasagna back bc they said it was made wrong bc I first called and complained about that thinking maybe they just messed that up but come to find out everything was super bad. Sucks to have spent so much money and it wasn’t even eaten.
