7 months agoDoesn't look like much but a its a small white trailer in the middle of a parking lot, but it had big taste and a lot of smokey flavor.... First time trying it Each day is a different menu but the day I went it was boudain ox tail or ox tail burgers Also had ox tail sausage, boudain, and links All were very smoked, which made the flavor excellent I had it all with no bun or bread, but he does offer it with all orders and a soda. He does ribs brisket and other items too depending on the day of the week. The menu changes daily but won't be disappointed in the smokey flavor and seasoning. Not just someone throwing meats from local markets on the smoker and reselling. Will be going back
