Fogón Latín Food. I haven’t tasted everything yet but I tried the cream of chicken very good. The pernil is seasoned very well. Chicken and beef empanadas very dry and under seasoned. I recommend adding some moisture in the form of chopped veggies (onions peppers scrambled eggs cheese ) or tomato sauce and definitely add some texture to the empanadas. Can’t wait to go back and taste improvements. Please experiment with empanada recipes.
Finally, this place now has a great latin chef. Love the food, the portion, and the price. The owners are so nice, they like to talk to the customers and accomadate you in any way they can.
