I Love this place! The staff is accommodating but still very down to earth! The food....grandma made it for sure! Its always amazing and the atmosphere is a whole mood! 👌🏾 Great experience!
Wow! My husband and I just left and that was probably one of the best restaurants we’ve been to since we moved to Katy area. Best lamb chops omg! Hubby had catfish. We will be back again. Great customer service as well. Everyone has to know about this place.
This is a hidden gem that will only get busier and better with time. The food we had was great! And the portions were generous. I usually put my food away but this place tapped me out. We had the deviled eggs which were the best deviled eggs I've ever had. We tried the corn ribs which were really neat and pretty good. We also tried the fish and grits which had their fried catfish which was amazing. The grits were smooth and creamy. And lastly we had the cajun pasta which had a great flavor with some smokey sausage, chicken and shrimp. The owner/chef came and talked to us and you can tell he really is leading with passion first and profits later. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu. The only real critique is the booth seats. The table is shorter than I'd like in comparison to the seat height so you kinda tower over the table. You forget about it after the first bite tho lol
