Cindy at Express Cafe is amazing! I needed a special cake made for my wife’s birthday. She not only took on making the cake but did it in a day notice! The cake is amazing!! And can I say beautiful as well! I highly recommend Express Cafe! Btw their no bake cookies are delicious as well!!!
Cindy came through with a request for a unique flavor of cake - it was delicious and beautifully decorated. She did this with just 2 days notice - will definitely recommend Express Cafe for cakes & will use again!
I suppose I should always clarify when cooking my eggs that slime is not acceptable. My first visit. my last visit. Eggs were so underdone and half cold. I did not eat the eggs. Home fries were hot and cooked perfectly. Toast cold. Not impressed. I do have to remember to specify no snot. So I hold myself partially responsible for the mishap. I find each restaurant has a different idea of what " over easy " means to them. I find ordering "over medium" over cooks them for my liking. Pleasant staff. Clean. .Homemade pie I wanted but was too mad to buy one when I left my breakfast order sitting on the table all but uneaten.
