There all going down hill would not recommend these store to anyone

I have been told how good the chicken is so I stopped last week for chicken dinner and it was so dry but I had to go somewhere didn’t take it back but today they had a sale on the family Bucket. I asked how long has the chicken been out she said it has been up for only and hour maybe. And said o can take it or not but was not going to make anymore. I got it and again way dry and was a terrible dinner for us because the lady didn’t want to make fresh and as far as I remember chicken would not be in the heater for over an hour. I don’t leave these but it was so bad and I felt like I got screwed over
